There are over 3000 eligible partners in the A-Plan program with participation increasing every year. The program is solely intended for the personal use of eligible purchasers only. This offer is in addition to all the current incentives when purchasing or leasing a new Volvo through the A-Plan program.

How do I join A-Plan by Volvo?

The A-Plan by Volvo program is offered to active employees of selected US business partners, fleet partners, and special organizations, all having a unique relationship with Volvo. Additional purchase eligibility will be extended to eligible employee's spouses and members of their immediate households only. Eligible users will need to contact their Human Resources Administrator or a local Volvo retailer, in order to acquire the appropriate partner code, which is required to register for the site.

What is a PIN and how does it work?

A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique code required for each vehicle purchase under the A-Plan by Volvo program. This PIN will be generated by the qualifying member (sponsor) for either themselves or an eligible household family member. When generating a PIN you will be able to download a PIN certificate. The PIN certificate must be presented to an authorized and participating Volvo retailer, in order to secure the A-Plan pricing and offer.

How do I purchase a vehicle through A-Plan?

To purchase or lease a vehicle through A-Plan, you should generate a PIN certificate. Take your PIN certificate to a participating Volvo retailer, identify yourself as an A-Plan by Volvo participant, and provide the retailer with a copy of the PIN certificate as well as proof eligibility documentation.

The retailer can show you the A-Plan by Volvo Pricing Guide, you may also request to see a copy of the factory invoice which will clearly list the A-Plan price in the bottom left corner. You can then subtract the A-Plan bonus and any other special offers you are eligible for currently in your market.

What do I need to bring with me to the dealership?

A-Plan participants are required to provide their retailer proof of eligibility documents at the time of sale. These documents will substantiate that the PIN sponsor and/or purchaser are eligible for the program.
